Quality Control Plan for Awning Company

1. Quality Control Objectives

Ensure that the awning leaving the factory meet industry standards and company regulations in terms of material,craftsmanship,performance,etc,reduce the product non-conformity rate,improve customer satisfaction,and maintain the company“s brand reputation.

2. Scope of Quality Control

Raw materials:Including awning fabrics,frame materials,and accessories
Production process:Covering all processes such as fabric cutting,frame processing assembly,sewing,spraying,etc.
Finished products:The fully assembled awning after production,including appearance,structural stability,functional performance,etc.

4. Handing of Unqualified Products

For unqualified raw materials,semi-finished products and finished products,make good marks and records, store them separately to prevent confusion with qualified products.
Organize technical,production,quality inspection and other departments to review unqualified products,and determine the handling methods,such as rework,repair,downgrade use,scrapping etc.
Track the handling process of unqualified products to ensure that the handling results meet the requirements,analyze the causes of unqualified products,and take corrective and preventive measures to avoid similar problems from happening again.

5. Quality Inspector Management

Select personnel with relevant professional knowledge and experience to take charge of quality inspection work,and conduct regular training for quality inspectors,including quality inspection standards,inspection methods,instrument and equipment operation,etc,to improve their professional capabilities.
Establish a performance appraisal system for quality in spectors,include inspection accuracy,work efficiency,timeliness of problem handling,etc.into the appraisal,and motivate quality inspectors to perform their duties earnstly.

6. Quality Inspection Equipment Management

Equip with necessary quality inspection equipment,such as tensile testing machines,colorimeters,vernier calipers,wind resistance testing devices,etc,and calibrate and maintain the equipment regularly to ensure the accuracy and normal operation of the equipment.
Establish equipment ledgers,record the purchase,calibration,maintenance,repair and other situations of the equipment,and replace aging and damaged equipment in a timely manner.
